Our life on Kauai began in 2004 with a small piece of family-owned land and a vision to create a homestead and sanctuary where we would live close to nature and grow food, spices and medicines. We're still living that vision today.
We are fascinated with food in all its dimensions: flavor, nutrition, provenance, and how it's grown and prepared. With a diverse culinary background and abundant curiosity about growing and using plants and plant-based ingredients, Tiny Isle is a container for taking what we have discovered and sharing it with the world.
