Refund policy

Since we sell food, our return policy is really just a satisfaction guarantee. We really don't want you to send product back to us!

If you have complaints, please reach out to us with your concerns and we will do what we can to make it good. This is especially important if you intend to publish a review of our company or products.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

If you find the quality of the product unsatisfactory, please let us know within 30 days of purchase, and we will either refund your purchase price (for a purchase made by credit card) or offer you a coupon for the value of the purchase that you can redeem here on our site.

Please bear in mind that we are a small business and while we will back up our promise that you will be satisfied with your purchase, we hope you will not resort to asking for a refund unless you honestly feel we misrepresented the product or there was something wrong with it.
