Shipping policy

Our products are shipped from the island of Kauai using USPS or FedEx.

We ship out orders Monday through Friday, and all orders ship within a week, excluding weekends. Transit times will vary of course, but generally it will be 1-2 days within Hawaii, and 2-4 days on the mainland.

When your order is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number which you can use to check the status of your shipment.

If the unthinkable happens and your order is lost, let us know there was a problem and we will either ship your order again or issue a refund.

To qualify for a refund, you must let us know of the problem within 30 days of placing your order, and have allowed sufficient time for the order to be delivered.
