Our Vanilla Mokaccino truffle starts with dark chocolate blended with espresso-roast organic fair-trade coffee from the green mountains of Chiapas. This deeply-flavored coffee chocolate is topped with vegan white chocolate generously made with the "caviar" of our own Vanillery of Kauai vanilla beans.
This truffle was inspired by the rich flavor of an espresso bar mocha cappuccino.
